According to its website, Softaculous is an auto installer for cPanel and DirectAdmin. Unlike other auto installers Softaculous is much faster, well designed and it installs all scripts in just ONE STEP.

So I decided to try it and dissect it and it is indeed an impressive AutoInstaller and probably the best AutoInstaller I have tried when it comes to the number of scripts it have. Softaculous comes with 176 scrips! Yes. You heard me right. 176 scrips. From the popular scripts such as wordpress, joomla and to new scripts.. scrips in which I just encountered for the first. They even have AutoInstall scripts for games. YES! GAMES!

Softaculous is amazing and I invite everyone to check it out. I am not saying you trash fantastico because when it comes to simplicity and ease – Fantastico still owns that title. But you will be surprised whats inside Softaculous… 176 and counting scripts!

Domain and hosting is just getting better. With AutoInstaller getting massive and domain and hosting providing discounts.. it is fun being a web developer. SO MUCH FUN NOW!
